Operations Admin Assistant / Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preferably with experience in administrative works, like issuing PO, DO, Tax invoice, handling customers enquiries, emails, stocks control and Microsoft office.
  • Handling incoming call.
  • Handling online business and prepare to send out for customer.
  • Handling event support, documentation, liaison with event organised.
  • Able to work independently with less supervision.
  • Good communication skills and able to perform ad-hoc tasks.

 

Requirement:

  • At least in SPM and above.
  • Required language Chinese and English.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience.
  • Based In Old Klang Road.
  • 5 days work.
